Finished? Yes.

Polished? No.

Since some form of editing is the first step in the publishing process, we recommend that you have a completed manuscript. However, if you are close to being finished, we may be able to accommodate you. Just remember that the longer it takes to complete your manuscript, the longer it will take for us to begin your projects. Speak with an advisor if you are still writing to discuss your options.

On average, books are complete within 6-12 months. However we have seen them ready in as little as 3 months!

BookFuel will put your book up for sale as soon as it is finished. This means that while you are still making payments, you can be making royalties from your book sales.

The most important thing to remember is that your book is unique. We work as quickly as possible, but maintaining quality is our top priority. A few things that have a direct impact on how long the process takes include: the time it takes you to respond to and approve projects, total word count of your book, complexity of various designs needed, etc.

If you have a deadline you need to meet, be sure to let your advisor know during the initial consultation so we can ensure we stay on schedule.
