Why You Need a BookFuel Account Manager

Today’s post is from Julianne, an account manager here at BookFuel.

Being an account manager here at Bookfuel means we do a lot of stuff all day long. But not just any stuff. We take care of your stuff. Your publishing stuff. We take care of our authors and their book projects, and to keep those projects humming, we respond to mountains of emails and make plenty of phone calls every day. We’re always in contact with the people who are putting the pieces of your book together; making sure everything is on track for your success.

We’re all about building relationships with our authors. We appreciate your accomplishment of finishing your manuscript. Some of us are authors, too, and we know what it’s like to finish that last page! We know what questions to ask so we can guide you through the process of making your book a reality. We take the time to listen to you and understand the unique characteristics of your project. We pay attention to the details that make you special, because we believe anything worth doing is worth doing right, every single time. We answer your questions, offer advice, and help you create a living, breathing (well, maybe not actually breathing, or living for that matter) copy of the book that’s been rattling around in your head.

We take you through the entire process, flawlessly. From getting your manuscript edited to helping you decide how the print layout of your book should look, we’re there. We help bring your cover design ideas to life and make sure your ebook conversion and distribution go off without a hitch. We’ll even help you with the design of your very own website to help you market your book.

Our mission is to make sure you have an excellent adventure while we help you navigate the world of publishing. We are available for any questions or concerns you have along the way and make sure you know what’s going on with your book all the time. It’s just what we do.
